Mission:

  • Focal point at AHE level and logistic front face to the customer when dealing with By the Hours contacts, managing actions and guaranteeing the business delivery performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute B2B and B2C contracts, supervising compliance with terms and delivery conditions.
  • Monitor customer’s orders and ensure its processing in due time, attend customer needs and logistic inquiries when required.
  • Liaise with other company areas and customers for all customer’s outstanding orders.
  • Support both KPI performance for business and individual customer level.
  • Ensure customer complain reporting actions plans.
  • Monitor helicopters flight hour evolution, forecasting parts based on scheduled maintenance plan.
  • Perform contract invoicing and follow up report when needed.
  • Update data base of the business in a daily basis.
  • Provide AOG service to customers.

Key Competences:

  • Business/Economics bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in customer logistics services
  • English skills (negotiation level required).
  • Cross-functional coordination and problem solving mindset.
  • Google Suit tools and MS office expertise.
  • Customer satisfaction oriented.
  • Proactivity and team work spirit.
  • SAP modules knowledge: S&D, MM.
  • Desirable tools expertise: WebTeK, Orion, T.I.P.
