Mission:
- Focal point at AHE level and logistic front face to the customer when dealing with By the Hours contacts, managing actions and guaranteeing the business delivery performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute B2B and B2C contracts, supervising compliance with terms and delivery conditions.
- Monitor customer’s orders and ensure its processing in due time, attend customer needs and logistic inquiries when required.
- Liaise with other company areas and customers for all customer’s outstanding orders.
- Support both KPI performance for business and individual customer level.
- Ensure customer complain reporting actions plans.
- Monitor helicopters flight hour evolution, forecasting parts based on scheduled maintenance plan.
- Perform contract invoicing and follow up report when needed.
- Update data base of the business in a daily basis.
- Provide AOG service to customers.
Key Competences:
- Business/Economics bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in customer logistics services
- English skills (negotiation level required).
- Cross-functional coordination and problem solving mindset.
- Google Suit tools and MS office expertise.
- Customer satisfaction oriented.
- Proactivity and team work spirit.
- SAP modules knowledge: S&D, MM.
- Desirable tools expertise: WebTeK, Orion, T.I.P.
