We are now looking for a Facility Management Trainee to join our Facility team in Jyväskylä office. Your position will concentrate both on our ongoing Flex Office project and change management as well as in daily facility management related tasks such as vendor coordination, managing supplies, communication with stakeholders etc.

In this role you will gain insight into change management and how working culture develops. You will also learn how facility management crosses and supports all business functions.

The duration of this trainee period is 4 months and will start on an agreed date or on 5th of May 2025. The position is full-time between May-August 2025.

Who do we see working in this trainee position?

Our trainee program is aimed at those currently pursuing their studies at university or university of applied sciences.

You are preferably aiming for a degree related to Facility Management or Real Estate. You might be a second or third year student with at least 80 ECTS completed, or have prior experience in Facility Manager or Real Estate. Our multicultural workplace offers you the chance to brush up on your language skills. A fluent Finnish and English language skills are a prerequisite and other languages are seen as an advantage. We expect you are self-guided and independent, but also work very well as a part of a team.
