Roles and duties:
Continuously track evolution of export control national, EU & international laws and regulations and liaise with relevant government authorities;
Provide permanent advice and support including tools, deliver training to business functions concerned;
Ensure permanent intelligence on « end use(r) » countries or customers;
Continuously improve the performance of the export control function, including training, surveys, etc.;
Support and coordinate actions of the supply chain;
Support the implementation of Airbus Directives and Methods;
Support the implementation of Internal Compliance Programme;
Define, update and enforce end-to-end export control process;
Prepare export control documentation in order to get timely clearance for export;
Monitor and update list of products, documentation, equipment, components and/or parts subject to export restriction;
Support applying for Export Licenses process;
Support release of deliveries incl. physical checks;
Support classification and administration of licenses incl. record keeping;
Preparation and support of the Airbus Sanctioned Country Process.
Required qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Legal, Administration, Management or Engineering;
At least two years of experience in Export Control (including national, EU and US regulations);
Well organized, good communication skills, autonomous and proactive;
High degree of initiative, credibility, integrity, confidentiality and trust;
Capable to deal with complex or stressed situations;
Negotiation level in English.
