We are now looking for an Export Control Procurement Specialist for Airbus GBS.
Responsibilities - your mission
Following the Export Control Compliance Programme (ECCP) the need for setting up a task force composed of Export Control Procurement Specialists has arisen within Airbus.
Your main tasks and responsibilities during this recovery will include:
Support Procurement in Export Control Compliance Programme (ECCP) across all work packages
Follow the deployment of Export Control Classification Declaration (ECCD) recovery and run mode
Support the Procurement application Export Control cleansing
Monitor and update actions progress (e.g. KPIs update)
Prepare internal/external communication and guidelines on Export Control
Coordinate exchanges with the relevant stakeholders / Escalate when required to the ECCP team
Participation in the implementation and improvement of the run mode activities
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Master’s Degree in business or law with business experience or equivalent experience
Experience in Export Control Compliance or Procurement activities including exchanges with supply chain would be highly appreciated
Knowledge of Export Control Laws and Regulations (Dual-Use / Military) expertise would be a plus
Experience in Project Management and Change Management would be highly appreciated
Behavioral skills: autonomous, ability to manage discussion with/challenge from different stakeholders (internal and external), ability to handle diverse topics simultaneously
Knowledge of aerospace products and systems would be a plus
English: advanced level
French: negotiation level (would be a plus)
