The Engineering Aviation Safety & Quality department of Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Design Supplier Compliance Manager based in Marignane.
You will work within a transnational agile team responsible for the surveillance of Airbus Helicopters' design suppliers (*) toward applicable regulations.
The position has strong interfaces with AH group engineering, quality assurance, purchasing and airworthiness departments.
(*) any supplier and/or partner providing design only or design and manufacturing of equipment

Mission:
The DSCM is responsible of a Design Supplier portfolio for which he has to ensure the surveillance toward the "Requirements Applicable to Supplier's Design Organization" (so called RASDO).
Assess the eligibility of design suppliers until a written compliance commitment is obtained
Assess and update the level of risk based on deliverable criticality and confidence in supplier
Audit the supplier's compliance processes and the correct application of these processes in remote audit and on site audit, ask and follow corrective action until their closure.
Analyze the supplier's Independent System Monitoring annual report
Potentially implement and monitor airworthiness signatures authorizations
Participate in DSCM process improvement
Challenges:
Ensure continuous improvement of the maturity and the compliance of our design supplier panel toward applicable regulations
Obtain an acceptable level of compliance and participate to implement containment and mitigation in case it is not
Profil:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience
At least 5 years of general experience in the aeronautical field
At least 2 year of experience in the quality field
Skills in DO or PO Audit on EN9100 & part21
Good knowledge of EN 9100 & EASA Part21J
Advanced level of English
