Job Description:

A Job Position for a Design Engineer is required within the Electrical Installation Design Department (Spanish perimeter for FCAS, Eurofighter, Eurodrone, A400M, and Legacy Combat A/C).

The position is temporary for 2025 (6 months + 6 months), as reinforcement of Team, although training actions, team integration, and work expectations will be fully developped , aiming for future potential career opportunities.

The applying candidates should have academic knowledge in "Electrical related disciplines" (i.e. circuits, cabling etc.) and/or "Systems or Physical Design". It is also required the ability to properly communicate and work in a team collaborative environment, among other soft skills (self-organized etc.).

The selected candidate will be integrated in the multidisciplinary team of Electrical System Installation Design Engineers, having the opportunity to develop design activities within department, mainly focused on Eurodrone and FCAS, but potentially also in Eurofighter and A400M.

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and knowledge:

  • Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.

  • MASI or MAIR, as Airbus promoted Masters are strongly reccomended.

  • Early Career (No experience needed).

  • Advanced level in English and Spanish

  • German or French would be an asset.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
