What does this internship consist of?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description:
As part of Airbus Cádiz Quality team, you will work in a dynamic and innovative team to guarantee the conformity of products and processes to the requirements specified by our customers and our POA (Production Organization Approval) and support on quality on time and on cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty. You will lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to set up / improve increase:
Bench-marking processes among different manufacturing lines
Workflow rationalization & process improvement
Running Quality standards (P-FMEA)
Digitalization of process performance and product adherence to standards
Identify process improvements thanks to SPC and digitalization
You will also participate in AOS (Airbus Operating System) routines and especially QPS (Quality Performance System) to continuously monitor and improve product/process efficiency.
Knowledge in quality standards (Statistical Process Control) and data analytics and/or coding skills are mandatory (Python, Javascript).
If you are an analytical and methodical person, with good interpersonal skills, you are willing to learn or develop your competences in the complete quality landscape and you are fluent in Spanish and English, this position might fit you and offer you a next step in your career.
Your Profile:
- Recently graduates/Master students
- Studies in engineering (aerospace, telecommunications, industrial, mechanical, chemical),
- Mandatory Skills in Data analytics and/or coding (Python, Javascript).
- Good knowledge in quality standards (Statistical Process Control)
- English: negotiation level
- Spanish: negotiation level.
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
