AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER I 2025/2026 - Starting date March 3rd 2025.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

What does this internship consist of?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early March 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

Supporting on time and efficiently a manager or a team in operational, planning or organisational tasks.

Tasks:

  • Managing and solving customer claims and customer issues for Material Services scope and providing back office support.

  • Manage corrective action plans to avoid re-occurrences and therefore reduce the number of deviations

  • Launching the adequate corrective and preventive actions to solve discrepancies iaw KPIs results: Non conformances at inbound/outbound or customer complains.

  • Optimize current Inspection activities in ZAL warehouse

  • Coordinating with Airbus Support Centers and their Q representatives around the world.

  • Coordinating with Customer Services Q for continuous development of Quality Management System

  • Providing Q performance visibility gathering and updating the adequate KPI scorecard.

  • Increasing process performance and product adherence to standards

Knowledge to be acquired by the student:

  • Through investigations and root cause analysis from reported quality / technical issues, PPS (Practical Problem Solving) method will be acquired.

  • Driving sustainable and continuous improvement through effective and efficient processes to deliver Customer satisfaction in compliance with our regulatory obligations.

  • Lean and Process improvement methods.

  • Resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements.

Projects or areas:

  • Material NEO projects such as ZAL Quarantine stock reduction, Customized Incoming Quality Inspection tasks, Scrap re-qualification or Selling out Shelf Life requirements and certification at inbound.

  • ZAL warehouse reception lines.

  • ZAL warehouse expedition lines.

  • Required skills #AirbusDiversity:

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Degree in aerospace or industrial engineering

  • Ability to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks

  • Strong communication skills including active listening and empathy

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade, influence and convince in a transnational environment

  • Excellent skills in relationship building, team building, empowering, motivating others and conflict management

  • Negotiation level of English.

  • Spanish: Fluent.

  • Advance level of German is a plus

Tools:

  • Microsoft office.

  • SAP SP1 is a plus.

  • DEMAT knowledge is a plus.
