We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description:
The student will support a Project to harmonize and standardize as much as possible the industrial integration and planning activities for the implementation of Modifications in A320 Programme. In this frame, the main activities will be:
- Learn and understand the End to End industrial activities for a Modification during the implemantation phase
- Be in contact with the CMII (Conf Management Industrial Integrators) in BSMCM4 of the different WPs in Spain perimeter and the CMII´s in BSMCI in France and in Germany to identify the best practices to be implemented
- Learn, collect and map the industrial Leadtimes of the main suppliers and Plant impacted on Spain perimeter to enable the right first time MOD validity definitio and implementation
- Learn, collect and map all the inputs and functions involved on the Industrial Planning definition
- In collabaration with the CMII, deliver an standardize and automatized (as much as possible) Industrial Implementation planning
- In the frame of this Project, the student will learn a very good overview of the a/c commercial business as many steakholders are involved in the MODs industrialization (Engineering, Plants and suppliers, Customer Services) and will improve as well his or her Project Management skills
- For this activities, the student will use some specific tools: ICC-ACP, Skywise applications, SAP/ARP and Planisware

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Engineering
- English: negotiation level
- Spanish: Fluent.
- General knowledge in Project Management and Industrial
