AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER I 2025/2026 - Starting date March 3rd 2025.


We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.


What does this internship consists in?


Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.


You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

As a candidate, you will contribute in the development and implementation of a digital strategy for Airpower Services, that optimizes business processes and enhances the customer experience for Airpower Services. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, conduct market research and analysis, and apply your knowledge of digital solutions, artificial intelligence, and digitalization to real-world business challenges.

The responsibilities of the intern will include:

  • Assist in the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to drive business insights and decision making.

  • Support the optimization of business processes and improvement of overall team performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for the application of artificial intelligence and digitalization in business operations.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.

  • Participate in the design and implementation of digital tools and platforms to enhance customer experience and engagement.

  • Contribute to the development of business cases, project plans, and presentations to support the growth and success of the department.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial, Aeronautics...) or equivalent discipline.

- English: Negotiation level (German and/or French, nice to have)

- Spanish: Negotiation level.

- General knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of digital solutions, such as:

  • Data Analytics and its ecosystem (eg: platform, technology…)
  • Artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, such as deep learning and natural language processing
  • Cloud computing, Internet of things…
  • Market research, business strategy and business operations

  • Business acumen and project management (eg: project roadmap, vision, business case…)

  • Familiarity with aviation is welcome (aircraft systems, operations,..)

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media.

- Skills valued:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Team spirit and collaboration (stakeholders management & change management).

  • Business intelligence, strategic thinking

  • Agile methodologies

  • Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools, such as PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView…

  • Willing to work in international environments
