AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER I 2025/2026 - Starting date March 3rd 2025.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
What does this internship consist of?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best possible training on the areas of knowledge that are essential for the present and future of work.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you will learn and round off your academic profile.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description:
The main focus of this role is the QUALITY MANAGEMENT of IT Solutions. The projects within the scope of this internship deliver best-in-class IT Solutions to Air Power Services customers.
The Digital Quality Manager plays a key role for the success of Air Power customers’ missions. His/her goal will be to ensure the Quality of the customers’ MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) IT solutions by:
Supporting the definition the Quality Management scope for the projects and proactively controlling its right implementation during the project lifecycle (requirements and analysis, architecture, design, development, integration and test, and implementation).
Collaborating to ensure project requirements identification and traceability.
Identifying opportunities to improve end-users satisfaction by supporting/resolving promptly any quality issues.
Contributing to check the Quality of the end-solution (compliance to requirements).
Supporting the verification compliance to regulations and standards.
Contributing to the preparation of project Review Gates.
Preparing the reports related with the Projects' Quality.
Helping to foster a prevention and continuous improvement mindset.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Degree in Computer Science Engineering.
English: negotiation level.
Spanish: Fluent level.
General knowledge in Quality Management and/or IT Solutions Development.
Skills valued: strong communication skills, capability to interact with and influence different stakeholders and be results-oriented.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
Ability to work in complex and international environments.
