AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER I 2025/2026 - Starting date March 3rd 2025.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

What does this internship consist of?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early March 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

Some future aircraft designs (low carbon alternatives for aviation -green aviation-, combat aircrafts, UAVs, etc.) introduce novel design concepts that need of high-fidelity computations from the Structural Dynamics and Aeroelastics standpoint. During the internship, the person who joins will analyze the future needs and develop solutions to be included into the current Methods and Tools of Airbus-DS Getafe.

The project will be focussed on optimizing the current high-fidelity Methods & Tools in Structural Dynamics and Aeroelasticity (SD&A) with application to novel aircraft designs.

The intern will acquire a global overview of the aircraft design process from the SD&A standpoint, learning the industrial methods, tools and procedures, and working in a multinational project. Since the beginning, he/she will be accountable of the work, having regular meetings with the rest of the team and presenting the main results.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Master´s degree in Aeronautical Engineering.

- Advanced level of English Language.

- Spanish: negotiation level.

- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
