Airbus Helicopters is looking for a "Digital Project Leader & Scrum Master (m/f)" to join our team in Marignane, France.
You will join the AH Information Management Directorate, to manage, drive and monitor the delivery of Digital projects, related to Airbus Helicopters Customer Portal.
Activities around Airbus Helicopters Customer portal are today mainly driven by Support and services departments. The business domain is composed of various teams that interact directly or indirectly with our customers and use various solutions that help building up customer relationships.
In this context, the Digital Customer Relationship Management Product Service Line team is dedicated to supporting these businesses in deploying IT solutions that support a common vision shared across business departments.
The CRM solutions portfolio consists in:
Our Salesforce platform, which includes: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and other tiers applications (QUIP, PROS CPQ, Qualtrics…)
Our customer portal AirbusWorld: powered by Liferay portal solution, that exposes a set of services developed with the last industry standards
Our technical requests applications: a set of web and mobile based services developed specifically to answer to both Customers expectation and Security standards

Your challenges:
The mission of the AirbusWorld Digital project manager is to:
Ensure the availability and well working of Airbus Helicopters Customer Portal and its core services
Lead the project taking into account the different axes: time, budget and quality
Ensure active risk and opportunity management
Understand the business needs and strategic objectives and propose the corresponding IT solution via standard software of the market or specific solutions as well as Cloud based architecture
Maintain the product roadmap and ensure it stays in line with Enterprise Architecture, Digital strategy and objectives
Support the definition of the governance of the customer portal and its associated core services
Participate in Airbus group initiative and lead technical exchanges
Benchmark other companies on how they handle their external portals
Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers
As a Scrum Master:
Ensure the good application of Agile within the team, animate all scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog Refinement) and help the team through PI Planning.
Define and lead continuous improvement plan
Main responsibilities:
In detail the tasks and responsibilities of the Digital project leader & Scrum Master position are:
Take over Business demand and organize appropriately its fulfillment
Define project scope, architecture, planning and costing and be accountable for the execution phase with the respect of the related key performance indicators
Define and implement for your product the right IT Make or Buy strategy.
Drumbeat of IT internal and external stakeholders to reach projects on time, on quality and on cost.
Accountable for the End to End Product lifecycle, from conception, design, industrialization, operation to retirement including management of dependencies.
Leads the IT Product MFT team in order to manage the IT Product lifecycle, both developing the products and operating them to meet operational Service Level Agreement.
Responsible for Continuous Release Management.
Ensures that the known Product vision is translated into a prioritized backlog in alignment with the business product owner and shared and understood by the scrum team.
Your profile:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
5 years of IT Project leader experience on business domains such as customer services
3 years significant Scrum Master experience (PSM certificate would be highly appreciated)
Safe methodology experience would be a plus
Demonstrable experience in cloud based solutions implementation (Liferay knowledge would be highly appreciated)
Good knowledge of web and mobile apps technologies
Partners and External service providers management
Negotiation with internal customers
Strong focus on People, quality, planning and customer satisfaction
Appetite for teamwork, transparency and facilitation
Rigorous, autonomous, good team spirit and customer orientation
Advanced level in English
