Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Corporate Information Management Security Leader (f/m) to join our Department based in Marignane, France to support the Divisional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for information management security activities.

The main role is to protect Digital assets of AH worldwide scope against current and emerging threats and act as a corporate security enabler for Business Functions.

In the scope of Information Management, support the Divisional CISO for :

Your challenges:

  • Corporate governance, processes and risk management;

  • Security risk assessment concerning projects/solutions;

  • Security protection;

  • Compliance to national and international security regulations;

  • Security resilience;

  • Awareness

The jobholder acting as Corporate Information Management Security Leader :

  • Advice and support CISO/Business/transversal functions for security governance and technical items;

  • Define Corporate security process and ensure their application in the Division;

  • Define security risks at Corporate level and ensure their mitigation;

  • Ensure subcontractors activities management;

  • Assess cyber security technical solutions implemented in projects and services.

  • Participates in cybersecurity technical forums to continually improve cyber security skills;

  • Work closely with all Corporate security teams in Cross-Divisional activities;

  • Work closely with Divisional Information Management Security Team & Business Functions to ensure coherent security solutions;

  • Assess security risks and define security objectives;

  • Evaluate mitigation means to reduce the risks;

  • Contribute to Security vulnerability management process and solutions

  • Support Security incident management process and solutions

  • Has a global mindset and wide knowledge of the customer’s & supplier’s security needs and their digital ecosystem. He can connect ideas, initiatives, and projects together although they seem to belong to different perimeters as long as security is a common driver;

  • Has a reliable external civil and military network and take actively part in a community of architects, to share and benchmark trends and innovations;

  • Is curious to gain a strategic view on security best practices for customers and innovations that could make security as seamless as possible and ability to adapt them for in service helicopter fleet;

  • Has security skills and long experience in IT security & architecture

Technical Skills required :

  • Expertise in the field of information management governance, processes, risk and compliance management;

  • Expertise in the field of IT Architectures & Services and cyber security for both civil and military ecosystems;

  • Deep knowledge of security development , vulnerability and incident management process;

  • Deep knowledge of security risk analysis;

  • Deep knowledge in French and NATO military security regulation;

  • Knowledge in aviation safety and security regulation and standards

  • Compliance with Defense security clearance up to Secret level (i.e.: SECRET FR: NATO SECRET; EU SECRET);

  • Deep knowledge of technologies dealing with cyberspace (software, e-services, cloud, cryptology, AI, cyber-surveillance).

  • German/Spanish is a plus
