Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à :

  • S’assurer que toutes les composantes servant à la fabrication d’un aéronef (ex : structure majeure, meubles de finition intérieure, systèmes mécaniques, avioniques, électriques, hydrauliques) se conforment aux spécifications établies par les normes de la compagnie et de l’industrie;

  • Lire et interpréter des plans et des dessins techniques;

  • Effectuer des inspections visuelles et manuelles à l’aide d’outils de mesure en fonction des normes de l’ingénierie, des procédés et des directives de l’assurance qualité;

  • Effectuer régulièrement des vérifications dans les magasins pour s’assurer que les articles reçus ou expédiés sont convenablement étiquetés (couleurs, numéros de pièces et vignettes);

  • Attribuer des numéros de références et des dates d’expiration de durée de stockage aux matières appropriées;

  • Faire des audits;

  • Approuver les travaux jugés conformes;

  • Rédiger des rapports d’inspection de non-conformité et des fiches d’anomalies techniques;

  • Faire le lien avec les opérateurs sur le plancher, l’ingénierie et les méthodes.

En tant que candidat idéal, vous possédez :

  • Vous détenez un DEC en génie industriel , un DEC ou AEC construction/fabrication d’aéronef ouDEC ou AEC génie mécanique;

  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des logiciels tels que Word, Excel, SAP, HMS, Catia V5 (un atout)

  • Vous avez 1 an d’expérience pertinente;

  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;

  • Vous détenez des connaissance du tolérancement géométrique (un atout)

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

  • Ensure that all components used in the manufacture of an aircraft (ex: major structure, interior finish furniture, mechanical, avionic, electrical, hydraulic systems) comply with the specifications established by the standards of the company and the 'industry;

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings;

  • Perform visual and manual inspections using measuring tools according to engineering standards, processes and quality assurance guidelines;

  • Perform regular checks in stores to ensure that items received or shipped are properly

  • labeled (colors, part numbers and stamps);

  • Assign part numbers and shelf life expiration dates to appropriate materials;

  • Carry out audits;

  • Approve work deemed compliant;

  • Write non-compliance inspection reports and technical anomaly sheets;

  • Liaise with operators on the floor, engineering and methods.

As the ideal candidate, you possess:

  • You hold a DEC in Industrial Engineering, a DEC or AEC in Aircraft Construction/Manufacturing, or a DEC or AEC in Mechanical Engineering.

  • You have a good knowledge of software such as Word, Excel, SAP, HMS, Catia V5 (an

  • asset)

  • You have 1 year of relevant experience

  • You are fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing

  • You have knowledge of geometric tolerancing (an asset).
