Internship Job Description:

- Support in Procurement process, from sourcing to contract management with suppliers:

  • understand the internal needs

  • launch Call for Tenders

  • analyse offers and proposals from suppliers

  • negotiate contracts and run supplier selection

  • manage supplier contracts

- Support the team in the definition of procurement strategies and in the relation with internal customers and suppliers.

- Support the manager in the organisation of team events and specific projects.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Degree in Business or similar

- Excellent level of English is required, in particular at negotiation level

- Analytical and problem-solving skills, rigorous and organised

- Team spirit and collaboration attitude

- Ability to work in complex and international environment

- Willingness and interest to learn and to grow

- Respect to internal rules
