Job Description:
- Support in coordination, planning and deployment of the training plan.
- Training management tools updating and training documentation management in the area.
- HR internal communication support on training and development topics.
- Support in the development of presentations, information, indicators and reports.
- Support in updating HR department databases.
- Support in the management of internships and scholarships (verification of agreements, documentation, etc.).
- Cooperation with Finance Dept. on HR topics.
- Support to HR department staff in filing documentation, receiving calls, employee support, and preparation of documentation.
