The jobholder will take over the Avionic System Testing responsibilities as part of the Integration Test Team in Rig, covering all the activities required for the verification and validation (V&V) of the Avionics systems for NH90 and Tiger MKIII Helicopters, including the following main tasks:
- Definition and maintenance of the Engineering Test Orders (ETO or equivalent) for all the avionic systems under AHE responsibility.
- System compliance demonstration with respect to the allocated requirements: Avionics System integration, problem analysis on system/susbsytem/equipment level and for the definition and approval of the test equipment and test means.
- Follow-up rig and test bench hardware, including rig maintenance, configuration, preparation for testing, upgrades and documentation.
- Analyze problems on avionics system level during integration phase, and technical assistance to system/susbsytem/equipment requirements specification and analysis.
- Technical support to the avionic system design and SW team to ensure the testability of the Avionics System for the different variants and versions.
- Execution of system integration tests in Rig, according to the approved ETOs
- Produce the Engineering Test Reports (ETR)
- Ensure traceability of test planning, ETO and ETR to system requirements, as part of the support to Certification and Qualification (C&Q) process at Helicopter level.
Technical assistance to the rig and bench users (including C&Q authorities) for coordinate test slot requests and prepare test setups.
