Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.

Descriptif des missions proposées

  • Participer à la mise en place et l’application des obligations légales en ce qui concerne la santé et la sécurité au travail et le respect de la politique Santé & Sécurité :
    • Définir, organiser et animer des actions de prévention et de sensibilisation aux risques liés à la santé et sécurité au travail (méthodes, flashs, refonte des fiches d’accueil au poste, sensibilisation à l’aide de casque VR…)
    • Analyser le terrain pour comprendre les activités et enrichir le Document Unique de l’entreprise
    • Analyser les incidents et accidents de travail et déployer les plans d’action
  • Participer aux activités du service prévention (journée à thèmes, cérémonie, exercice incendie, ….)

Ce stage est fait pour vous :

  • Si vous préparez une formation type bac +5, Master en QHSE ou diplôme ingénieur HSE, idéalement INSA Bourges, Polytech Grenoble, avec un intérêt pour la santé et la sécurité au travail
  • Si vous êtes autonome, rigoureux (se), doté(e) d’une aisance relationnelle et si vous savez impliquer l’ensemble du personnel dans une démarche H&S
  • Si vous aimez le travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • L’anglais serait un plus

Calendrier

Démarrage : mars/avril

Durée : 6 mois (maximum légal 6 mois)

Detailed description of the mission

  • Participate in the implementation and application of legal obligations regarding health and safety at work and compliance with the Health & Safety policy:
    • Define, organize and lead prevention and awareness-raising actions on risks related to health and safety at work (methods, flashes, redesign of job welcome sheets, awareness raising using VR headsets, etc.)
    • Analyze the field to understand the activities and enrich the “Document unique”
    • Analyze workplace incidents and accidents and deploy the resulting action plans
  • Participate in the activities of the prevention department (theme days, ceremony, fire drill, etc.)

This internship is designed for you

  • If you are preparing a baccalaureate +5 type training, Master's degree in QHSE or HSE engineering degree, ideally INSA Bourges, Polytech Grenoble, with an interest in health and safety at work
  • If you are autonomous, rigorous, interpersonal and if you know how to involve all staff in an H&S approach
  • If you like working in a multidisciplinary team
  • English would be a plus
