Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.

Vous intégrez le département Flight Physics et plus précisément l’équipe EGM qui est en charge du développement, de la maintenance et l’évolution des outils opérationnel des compagnies aériennes pour faire les calculs des performances avions au sol et en vol. En plus, l’équipe s’occupe des modèles de qualité de vol, de propulsion et de performance avions pour le simulateur de training ainsi que la production de l’AFM (« Airplane Flight Manual »).

Le stage se déroule dans le scope de l’amélioration continue de notre outil de calcul de performance (« TRAJ »), qui a été développé en interne. L’idée est d’optimiser la performance tout en réduisant l’impact écologique pour la flotte en service ainsi que les avions futurs.

Descriptif des missions proposées

  • Améliorer le module trajectoire pour optimiser les trajectoires en prenant en compte les aspects certification et des contraintes opérationnelles.

  • Mener les discussions avec les ingénieurs de performance avion, les ingénieurs des opérations de vol et les spécialistes avionique pour capter leurs besoins et contraintes.

Ce stage est fait pour vous:

  • Expérience :

    • Dernière année cycle ingénieur ou équivalent dans le secteur aéronautique

    • Connaissance en mécanique du vol

    • Première expérience en programmation objet. C++/C » serait un plus

    • Intérêt pour les opérations de vol

  • Humain :

    • Être ouvert d’esprit

    • Avoir une envie d’apprendre

    • Vouloir faire partie d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire.

  • Langues :

    • Anglais - obligatoire

    • Français - recommandé

The EGM team within the Flight Physics department oversees the development, maintenance and evolution of operational software for airlines on-ground and in-flight performance computations, as well as aircraft handling qualities, propulsion and performance models for simulator training and AFM (Airplane Flight Manual) production.

The internship will take place within the scope of continuous improvement of our in-house developed performance software (TRAJ) to allow performance improvement while reducing the ecological impact of both our current fleet and future aircraft.

Detailed description of the mission

  • Expand the existing trajectory module to optimize the trajectory while considering regulatory and operational constraints.

  • Discussion with the Aircraft performance, Flight operations and Avionics specialists in order to take into account their needs and constraints.

This internship is designed for you

  • Experience :

    • Last year engineering student in aeronautic domain.

    • Background and interest in Flight dynamics.

    • First experience with object code development. C++/C » would be a plus

    • Be interested in flight operations

  • Soft skills :

    • Open-minded

    • Eager to learn

    • Team player

  • Languages :

    • English - Mandatory

    • French – Recommended
