Descriptif des missions proposées

  • Mise en œuvre de projets : Soutenir un projet de classification des contrôles à l’exportation, y compris la saisie de données et la maintenance des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).
  • Recherche : Mener des recherches générales ou spécifiques sur des sujets de conformité et de contrôle des exportations.
  • Analyse des données : Collecter et analyser des informations de conformité.
  • Support à la formation : Aider à la création et à la diffusion de supports de formation.
  • Participation aux négociations : Participer à la négociation des clauses de conformité et de contrôle des exportations.
  • Support général : Assister le département Conformité & Contrôle des Exportations dans diverses tâches.

Ce stage est fait pour vous:

  • Formation : Master II en Droit, Sciences Politiques ou Commerce.
  • Expérience : Une expérience préalable dans les programmes de sanctions et de contrôle des exportations est un plus.
  • Compétences :
    • Connaissance des réglementations sur les sanctions et les contrôles des exportations.
    • Compétences analytiques et d’écoute solides.
    • Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ; la connaissance de SAP est un plus.
    • Maîtrise de l’anglais ; le français est un plus.
  • Qualités personnelles : Curieux, esprit d’équipe, dynamique, fiable, proactif, autonome et rigoureux.

Detailed description of the mission

  • Project Implementation: Support an export control classification project, including data input and KPI maintenance.
  • Research: Conduct general or specific research on compliance and export control topics.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze compliance information.
  • Training Support: Assist in creating and delivering training materials.
  • Negotiation Participation: Engage in negotiating compliance and export control clauses.
  • General Support: Assist the Compliance & Export Control department with various tasks.

This internship is designed for you

  • Educational Background: Master II in Law, Political Science, or Business.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sanctions and export control programs is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Familiarity with sanctions regulations and export controls.
    • Strong analytical and listening skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus.
    • Fluency in English; French is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Curious, team player, dynamic, reliable, proactive, autonomous, and rigorous.
