Nous recherchons un Agent d’Etude du Travail pour rejoindre notre Direction des Opérations au sein de l'équipe d'Hervé : une équipe de 8 collaborateurs !

Vos principales missions seront de :

  • Optimiser le processus industriel (cycles, coûts de production, effectifs)
  • Organiser l’ordre de réalisation des gammes de travail sur les postes de la chaine
  • Mesurer et analyser les temps des gammes de travail
  • Implémenter des projets d’amélioration continue
  • Participer à la mise en place de projets industriels

Tâches, responsabilités :

Vos tâches principales seront les suivantes :

  • Réaliser, mettre à jour, et optimiser les équilibrages de la FAL ATR (ordre de réalisation des gammes de travail, en fonction des contraintes techniques, organisationnelles et des cadences de production)
  • Réaliser, mettre à jour, et optimiser le PERT de la FAL ATR (liens techniques entre les gammes de travail)
  • Être garant des temps de référence des gammes de travail. En lien avec le bureau de préparation, vous devrez réaliser des suivis de gammes (mesures de temps, identification de non-valeur ajoutées (NVA), demandes de modification des gammes, etc…)
  • Vous devrez identifier, réaliser et/ou gérer des actions correctives ou d’amélioration suite aux suivis d’opérations.
  • Etudier et mettre en œuvre des projets/actions de réduction de cycles de production : réduire/sécuriser les chemins critiques, détecter les opportunités de remontées d’opérations, de déplacement de charges, d’externalisation des activités, kitting / pré-assemblage …)
  • Au sein de l’équipe LEAN Manufacturing, vous devrez participer à des projets visant à optimiser les cycles et coûts de production.
  • Vous participerez également à des projets communs de l’équipe et à la mise en place d’actions d’améliorations continue.
  • Vous serez amené(e) à réaliser un suivi et des études de performance sur la chaine (temps passés vs temps prévu…)
  • L’activité nécessite de maitriser les tenues de réunion et la réalisation de présentations

We are looking for a Process Time Optimizer to join our Operations Department within Hervé's team: a team of 8 colaborators!

Your main missions will be to:

  • Optimize the industrial process (cycles, production costs, workforce)
  • Organize the Work orders Sequence on the FAL stations
  • Measure and analyze Work orders times
  • Implement continuous improvement projects
  • Participate in the implementation of industrial projects

Tasks, responsibilities:

Your main tasks will be as follows:

  • Carry out, update, and optimize the line balancing of the FAL ATR (order of production of work orders, according to technical, organizational constraints and production rates)
  • Create, update, and optimize the PERT of the FAL ATR (technical links between the work orders)
  • Be the guarantor for work orders reference times. In conjunction with the manufacturing engineering office, you will need to carry out range monitoring (time measurements, identification of non-added value (NVA), range modification requests, etc.)
  • You will have to identify, carry out and/or manage corrective or improvement actions following operation monitoring.
  • Study and implement projects/actions to reduce production cycles: reduce/secure critical paths, detect opportunities for escalation of operations, movement of loads, outsourcing of activities, kitting/pre-assembly, etc…
  • Within the LEAN Manufacturing team, you will have to participate in projects aimed at optimizing production cycles and costs.
  • You will also participate in team projects and in the implementation of continuous improvement actions.
  • You will be required to carry out monitoring and performance studies on the production lines (time spent vs. planned time, etc.)
  • The activity requires good level of Meeting organization and Animation Skills

  • Technical skills/knowledge in industrial organization

  • Fluency in French
