AEROSTRUCTURES SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER (M/F)

Within the Aerostructures Supply Chain organization, you’re in charge of one of ATR main supplier secondary flow performance

DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION

Within the ATR Supply Chain organization, and reporting to the Aerostructures supply chain leader, you’re

  • accountable for the on time and on quality performance of your supplier :
    • Deliveries (outstanding work, secondary flow & late configuration changes)
    • OTD performance & associated improvement plan
  • the primary interface of the ATR FAL team, for all your supplier secondary flow activities
  • Responsible & accountable for reporting with your internal stakeholders (program, configuration…) and internal customers (ATR FAL)
  • Participating to the ATR continuous improvement plan, leading some improvement projects.

Within an Multi Functional Team, you drive your supplier/partner to reach operational excellence by a lean approach on the supply chain processes, defining, implementing and maintaining the appropriate ATR-supplier governance, activating contractual levers in case of non-performance.

You encourage supplier anticipation and secure the FAL production ramp-up.

Your positive energy and “can do attitude” is motivating your colleagues to work beyond boundaries of organizations and/or functions as one ATR team to achieve common objectives.

You communicate efficiently with our internal customers and management, as well as with the supplier/partner organization by visiting them regularly to support your team and the supplier/partner.

ACTIVITIES

  • Secure On Time Delivery of Aerostructures parts to FAL for the following flow :
    • missing parts from quality gate
    • secondary flow (including reworks)
    • late configuration parts
  • Act as the Supply Chain primary interface for the ATR FAL team (your internal customer) for above perimeter
  • Manage issuing of ordering documents (Purchase Order, Call-up), forecast to Supplier / Partner
  • Set & report accurate status & metrics of your suppliers’s PO, and ensure relevant communication
  • Escalate internally, including to the buyer for claim application and all relevant functions, externally to supplier management as needed

· Lead validated continuous improvement transverse actions / project, to improve the organization efficiency (late configuration kits on shelves, consignement stock …)

PROFILE

Qualification, work experience:

· Production, supply chain or logistic experience (5 years)

· Experience in aeronautic or automotive industry

SKILLS:

  • Dynamism, pragmastism, reactivity / responsivness

  • Ability to prioritize activities
  • Lean background
  • SAP & Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) experience

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION

Au sein de l’organisation Supply Chain aerostructures, vous êtes

  • Le premier niveau d’interface de nos clients internes (Operations) et fournisseurs, sur le périmètre flux secondaire du partenaire que vous supervisez
  • Garant de la livraison à l’heure des flux suivants : outstanding work, flux secondaires et approvisionnement des configurations tardives
  • En charge de mesurer, superviser et rapporter la performance OTD du partenaire, ainsi que le plan d’amélioration associé
  • En charge de proposer et piloter des projets d’améliorations continue sur votre périmètre

PRINCIPALES ACTIVITIES

  • Garantir la livraison à l’heure, des approvisionnements aérostructures ci dessous
    • Pieces manquantes issues des quality gate
    • Flux secondaires (incluant les remises en conformité de matgériel déjà livré)
    • Pieces issues des configurations tardives
  • Vous agissez en tant que premier Supply Chai interface, pour nos clients internes sur le périmètre ci-dessus
  • Vous émettez les documents de commandes et de prévisions consolidées vers le partenaire
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le service achats, de sorte de documenter et d’escalader les sujets qui le justifient

· Vous pilotez divers sujets d’amélioration continue, en cohérence avec l’organisation ATR et le partenaire

PROFIL

· Production, supply chain ou expérience en logistique (5 ans)

· Expérience en industrie aéronautique ou automobile

Compétences spécifiques

  • Bonne connaissance de l’avion
  • Connaissance / compétences SAP
  • Dynamisme, pragmatism et réactivité
  • Bonne capacité de travail en équipe, en collaboration avec de nombreux intermédiaires
  • Français / Anglais
