We are looking for our Airbus Commercial Division, a Compliance and due diligence manager (F/M) , to be integrated into our Ethics & Compliance Department based in Toulouse, France.
The Airbus Ethics and Compliance programme is structured around prevention, detection, operation and remediation. As part of the detection pillar, we are looking for a Compliance Officer to join the team and contribute to protect the company while supporting the sale of Airbus’ products (helicopters, commercial aircraft and satellites). The team is responsible for performing enhanced Due Diligence reviews of targeted sales and commercial campaigns for which we need to be in a position to confirm the absence of corrupt activity and money laundering to key external stakeholders.
This position will expose the successful candidate to the variety of business models and activities of a leading international aeronautic, defence & space company in a challenging international market as well as significant exposure to various functions.

Your challenges:
Performing enhanced Due Diligence reviews of sales transactions, which notably include
Desktop Due Diligence,
Preparing and conducting interviews, preparing minutes,
Reviewing commercial contractual documentation and relevant Ethics & Compliance, finance, marketing and commercial material,
Collecting and reviewing data (e.g., finance data, extracts from internal recording tools as well as emails, presentations, …) for analysis,
Drafting and reviewing due diligence reports .
Providing strategic advice to the business.
Ensuring smooth communication and coordination with the various stakeholders (internal and external) involved in the process.
Collaborating to training, compliance awareness sessions.
Managing outside legal counsels and forensic experts.
Your boarding pass:
Minimum of 7 years’ experience advising on compliance and anti-corruption matters with a pragmatic approach to achieving objectives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
High degree of autonomy, integrity, confidentiality and trust.
Strong leadership and communication skills: ability to build trust and involve other stakeholders appropriately in consultations and decisions with the capacity to brief and work with senior management across the Group.
Good adaptation skills and ability to resist pressure
Strong writing skills required to write and edit reports and memorandums.
Languages: English (Negotiation level); French and/or German is a plus
Salary range:
Salary range based on the required profile: 65 to 75 K€/year (including a variable part based on your performance). Information provided as an indication.
