Basé à Mirabel et se rapportant au groupe Assurance Qualité A220, l’Auditeur Interne est responsable de s’assurer que l’ensemble du Système Manufacturier est conforme aux requis organisationnels approuvés par Transport Canada.

Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à :

  • Planifier, préparer et exécuter les audits selon le calendrier annuel et/ou audits spéciaux demandés par l’organisation

  • Analyser et émettre résultats d’audit (Demandes d’Action Corrective (DAC))

  • Effectuer le suivi des DAC

  • Évaluer et prioriser les principaux risques dont le A220 doit faire face à l’intérieur des cellules d’opérations

Vous pourriez également être appelé à :

  • Gérer la présence en site des auditeurs externes (ex: TCAC, CASE, FAA, EASA, AS9100)

  • Supporter la gestion de changement requise pour la mise en place d’un projet

  • Analyser les risques et élaborer les plans de contingence

  • Soutenir, conseiller et mobiliser les parties prenantes

  • Voyager afin de soutenir les activités d'audits internes aux États-Unis et en Europe

En tant que candidat idéal,

  • Vous possédez de l’expérience en Systèmes Manufacturiers

  • Vous possédez de l’expérience en Audit

  • Vous possédez de l’expérience en Résolution de Problèmes

  • Vous faites preuve d’une forte orientation client

  • Vous possédez des aptitudes en planification

  • Vous êtes habile à influencer et mobiliser vos collaborateurs

  • Vous possédez un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente

  • Vous possédez un diplôme d'études collégiales techniques ou équivalent

  • Vous êtes bilingue (français et anglais) tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit

  • Vous êtes fonctionnel avec l’utilisation de la suite Microsoft Office, Google Suite

Located at Mirabel and reporting directly to A220 Quality Assurance Manager, the QA Analyst onsite is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Assurance (QA) function remains aware and aligned with its internal customer needs and reality.

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

  • Plan, prepare and execute audit as per annual audit calendar and/or special audits requested by the organization

  • Analyze and issue audit results (Corrective Action Request (CAR))

  • Preform follow-up on CAR

  • Assess and prioritize the value and main risks facing A220 within the operations cells

You may also be required to:

  • Manage onsite presence of external auditors (ex: TCCA, CASE, FAA, EASA, AS9100);

  • Support the required change management;

  • Perform risk analysis and develop contingency plans;

  • Support, advise and mobilize the stakeholders;

  • Travel to support different internal audit activities in Europe and the USA.

As the ideal candidate,

  • You possess experience in Manufacturing Systems;

  • You possess experience in Audit;

  • You possess experience in Problem Solving;

  • You have a strong customer focus;

  • You have planning skills;

  • You are skilled at influencing and mobilizing others;

  • You possess a technical college degree or equivalent;

  • You possess a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience;

  • Your are bilingual (French and English) written and spoken;

  • You are functional in using the Microsoft Office suite, Google suite.
