Job Description:

Follow-Up of the AMM activities related to Super Puma within Technical Data,

Tech Data analyst is an interface between DO and Customer, analyzing DO data and drawings and answer customer about documentation issue or misunderstanding,

Experience on:

  • Trigger (ECP/CR/MITB/TN/SB/ASB) analysis, validation and incorporation in the technical documentation, complying with governmental specification (AECMA 1000D), Guidance Document G051 05-005, Control Plan-Tech Data EI050 05-022F and Simplified Technical English specification ASD-STE100,
  • Developing, through the technical knowledge of the A/C configuration systems, the necessary capabilities to create customized spare parts lists, according to the Customers´ and AHE requirements,
  • Contribute to the maintenance concept definition and creation, verification and validation (V&V) of the technical documentation,
  • Ensure quality, consistency, completeness and on-time delivery of the technical documentation deliverables,
  • In the frame of Tech Data harmonization, workflow between Engineering/Tech Data and IPC / Maintenance Manuals, identify gaps between processes and proposes recoveries,
  • Design Office interface (from source data needs definition to the source data collection and analysis to check consistency and completeness,
  • Impact analysis, authoring and verification/validation of technical data products (parts catalogue) in compliance with international standards to enable the accomplishment of safe and efficient aircraft maintenance and operation. Manage completeness and compliance to airworthiness, legal regulations for Part Tech Data,
  • Follow Up on Subcontractor Issues / Work Packages / Topics, Point of Contact,
  • Reporting work progress and escalation of critical issues for arbitration and follow up and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Blocking point analysis and resolution, solving issues that could stop the production,

KEY COMPETENCIES

At least 3 years of technical experience in aeronautical sector, or experience with Warehouse, Procurement and other departments to optimize processes,

Knowledge of Windchill and SAP platforms,

Commercializing technical knowledge/experience is very valuable, especially in Super Puma or BNA Aircrafts,

TDTA – ATA system accreditation for Super Puma programme, it is a PLUS,

Communication skills, assertively,

Team spirit,
