Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) en Intelligence Artificielle pour la gestion des requirements (All Gender) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus Operations SAS sur son site de Toulouse Saint-Martin.

Cette équipe est en charge de déployer et de supporter les pratiques et méthodes d’Ingénierie Systèmes au sein du programme avion.

Dans le cadre de cette alternance, vous contribuerez au développement d’outils innovants intégrant des technologies d’intelligence artificielle pour optimiser la gestion des requirements (exigences techniques) et améliorer les processus d’architecture et d’intégration du design avion.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2025 pour une durée de 1 an.

Missions et responsabilités :

Accompagné(e) par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en contribuant aux missions suivantes :

• Développer des outils basés sur l’intelligence artificielle afin d’analyser, valider et exploiter les requirements (requis) relatifs aux projets avioniques.
  
• Concevoir des solutions d’IA pour détecter les incohérences, lacunes ou doublons dans la documentation projet et les bases de données de conformité (RDBS).
  
• Mettre en œuvre des outils d’IA assurant la vérification de la conformité des documents projets aux exigences de l’export control.
  
• Évaluer l’utilisation de l’IA pour gérer les accès à des informations sensibles (confidentialité / export control).
  
• Proposer des recommandations sur la faisabilité et les limites de ces solutions dans l’environnement réglementaire Airbus.
  

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en Ingénierie Systèmes, Informatique, ou Intelligence Artificielle, dans le cadre d’une alternance d’une durée de 1 an.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Connaissance en Ingénierie Systèmes (Requirements Management, Architecture, Intégration).
  
• Maîtrise des concepts et technologies en Intelligence Artificielle (NLP, Machine Learning, etc.).
  
• Connaissances générales en aéronautique et des processus de certification.
  
• Bonne maîtrise des outils de développement informatique (Python, outils IA, gestion de bases de données).
  

Soft Skills

• Esprit d’analyse et rigueur.
  
• Sens de l’innovation et curiosité technique.
  
• Esprit d’équipe et capacités de communication.
  
• Capacité à gérer la confidentialité et les exigences de conformité.
  

Compétences linguistiques

• Anglais : niveau avancé / courant.
  
• Français : niveau avancé / courant.
  

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

We are looking for an Apprentice in Artificial Intelligence for Requirements Management (All Gender) to join the Systems Engineering Office team within Airbus Operations SAS, based in Toulouse Saint-Martin.

This team is responsible for deploying and supporting Systems Engineering practices and methods across the aircraft programs.

As part of your apprenticeship, you will contribute to the development of innovative tools integrating Artificial Intelligence technologies to enhance requirements management and improve architecture and integration processes for aircraft design.

Your responsibilities :

Under the supervision of your tutor, you will be involved in the following activities:

• Develop AI-based tools to analyze, validate, and leverage key information from requirements used in aircraft development.
  
• Design AI solutions to detect inconsistencies, gaps, and redundancies in project documentation and requirements compliance databases (RDBS).
  
• Implement AI tools to ensure project documents comply with export control requirements.
  
• Evaluate the feasibility of AI implementation for managing and controlling access to sensitive information (confidentiality / export control).
  
• Provide recommendations on the feasibility and limitations of such solutions within Airbus’ regulatory framework.
  

Profile

Education

Currently preparing a Master’s Degree (BAC +5) in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Artificial Intelligence, for a 1-year apprenticeship.

Technical skills

• Knowledge of Systems Engineering (Requirements Management, Architecture, Integration).
  
• Strong background in Artificial Intelligence (NLP, Machine Learning).
  
• Basic understanding of aerospace systems and certification processes.
  
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python) and AI frameworks, as well as database management.
  

Soft skills

• Analytical thinking and rigor.
  
• Innovation mindset and technical curiosity.
  
• Team player with good communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage confidentiality and compliance requirements.
  

Languages

• English: advanced / fluent.
  
• French: advanced / fluent.
  

Our selection process:

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted.

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
