Position Overview
As an Aircraft Maintenance Intern, you will assist our B1.3 and B2 certified technicians in the inspection, repair, and maintenance of aircraft systems and components. This internship provides hands-on experience in the aviation industry and is designed for individuals pursuing a career in aircraft maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with Maintenance Tasks: Support B1.3 and B2 technicians with routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on aircraft systems including airframes, engines, and avionics.
Documentation: Help in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and any discrepancies found during inspections.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
Tool and Equipment Handling: Use and care for specialized tools and equipment required for aircraft maintenance tasks.
Learning and Development: Gain hands-on experience and learn about various aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and industry standards.
Troubleshooting Support: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues under the guidance of experienced technicians.
Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties as needed, including filing and organizing maintenance documents.
Minimum requirement;
Eligibility: Must be a Malaysian citizen or possess a valid work pass for Malaysia.
Education: Currently enrolled in an aviation maintenance program.
Skills: Basic understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures is desirable. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction from senior technicians.
