Airbus Atlantic Portugal is currently recruiting for its site in Santo Tirso - Porto.

Leading the Airbus Atlantic Portugal plant production team, the Ho Production is monitoring the production activity and structuring his organisation in order to face the main challenges of the plant.

On top of the operational results expected, the job holder will anticipate the ramp-up of the production (2023-2026), identifying the key contributions to meet the expected results. A strong team work and multi-functional teams (MFT) coordination capacities are requested.

Main missions

Safety:Set main routines and initiatives to reach the level of requested FR1. Benchmark best improvers within Airbus group.

Delivery: Deliver in accordance with targets set by the Production Control & Logistics team (PC&L). Ensure level of requested quality.

Performance: Develop & monitor performance improvement. Ensure deployment of Airbus Atlantic Operating System (Airbus Atlantic lean manufacturing model) i.a.w. with targets. Anticipate Ramps-up / Ramps-down & transfer of works (ToW). Act as an integrator for the plant and liaise with ToW teams. Thus, monitor progress on: · Headcounts (hiring & training, make or buy strategy (activity subcontracting)). · Process: documentation (ME & quality). · Tools: jigs, small tools, … · Logistics: consumables, flows, … · AOB

Accountabilities ·

Safety: FR1 target (yearly) ·

Quality: Cost of Non-Quality (trimester). AAOS maturity (yearly).

Costs: Time spent per MFT & associated efficiency (monthly). ·

Deliver: Volume of Deliveries / week vs target (OTD) ·

People: Headcount target (i.a.w ramp-up and/or transfer of works).

Leadership:

Develop people through a mentoring / coaching attitude.

Act as a role model iaw Airbus Group Ethics & Compliance requests.

Contribute to Airbus Atlantic Portugal CODIR team: act as a member of the plant leadership team and thus contribute to decisions linked to plant development (not only for production topics).

Coordinate MFTs to improve competitiveness.

Reporting: Direct report to the Airbus Atlantic Portugal General Manager. Production organisation structured on UAP (development in progress).

Dimension: Team of 200 (End 2023). Team organisation increase to be sized in accordance with plant ramp-up.
