An opportunity for Operational Surveillance & Quality Conformance Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).
Activities:
- Maintain, improve and support Quality Delegation activities and Work and Quality Authorizations. KPIs maintenance and follow up. ECM-QA continuous improvement and support.
- Identify, analyse and investigate repetitive/high industrial impact/safety relevant quality issues, leading and/or supporting the prevention and the correction of these complex issues
- Lead, coordinate and/or participate into resolution of complex quality issues, Practical Problem Solving and investigation activities.
- Managing corrective action implementation by means of collecting data, categorizing, prioritizing and coordinating with Shopfloor. Ensure that corrective actions are addressed to proper responsible in CAPRI tool.
- Lead and/or Support BMS (Business Management System) procedures updating
- Guarantee fulfilment of defined procedures. Standardize, homogenize and harmonize criterias.
- Lead, promote, and/or support projects and initiatives among Quality organizations and other external entities after finding improvement opportunities.
- Support and ensure correct administration of tools managed by the organization.
- Support Special Process qualification/certification FAL A400M: planning, follow up.
- Support to Safety Manufacturing Panel/ Production Manufacturing Panel.
- Customer protection working groups participation: prioritize and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders the actions.
- Lead transversal projects and initiatives, when required.
- Manages appropriate support to Quality Improvement A400M team, finding improvement opportunities and prioritizing initiatives for reducing non-conformities.
- Collaborate on Cost of Non Quality initiatives in A400M Production Quality area
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
· Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
· Experience in some of this areas: Quality, Production Quality, MAP or Manufacturing Engineering
· A400M experience
· SAP, SIPLA and CAPRI knowledge
· Non-conformities process knowledge (HNC, Concession, QSR, Event & SARI)
· Root cause analysis and Practical Problem Solving knowledge
· Quality Authorization & Competences management processes knowledge
· Proactive person.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Organized & Structured.
· Advanced level in English and Spanish.
· Strong Customer orientation.
