We're looking for an experienced leader to strategically guide our HR Systems team and drive the digital HR transformation at TUI Musement.

This hybrid position requires regular attendance at one of our offices (see our office locations here) . Applications for this role will remain open until July 13.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll define and own the strategic roadmap for HR Systems at TUI Musement, identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and improvements to support our business objectives.
  • Leading and developing a team of 3, you'll set clear priorities, allocate resources effectively, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, standards, and policies for HR Systems is part of your remit, ensuring consistency, compliance, and data integrity across the globe.
  • As a key member of the TUI People Leadership Team, you'll represent HR Systems in senior leadership forums and ensure the HR Systems strategy aligns with broader HR and business goals.
  • Overseeing the delivery of major HR Systems projects and process improvement initiatives through effective project management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement is your responsibility.
  • You'll drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR Systems and processes, staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency and business value.

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring proven experience in HR Systems management with a strong track record of leading HR Systems strategies and their implementation.
  • With demonstrated leadership experience, you've already led and developed high-performance teams.
  • Your extensive experience in leading global HR Systems implementations, rollouts, and transformations sets you apart.
  • You have proven experience in strategic planning, including developing and executing multi-year roadmaps.
  • Your exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills enable you to present and influence at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the SuccessFactors platform and modules, along with solid understanding of SAP HCM and system integration principles, complete your profile.
  • Fluent in English
