We are looking for our next Employer Brand Specialist LATAM to join our team at Mars!

We are looking for a creative storyteller to join our Employer Reputation team and continue to evolve our social strategy in Mexico and LATAM South (including Argentina, Chile, and Colombia). If you are passionate about bringing stories to life, experimenting with new ideas, and channeling your creativity into awesome campaigns and content, this is the right opportunity for you.

What you bring to the role:

· You have hands-on experience managing social media and feel energized about creating thumb-stopping content.

· You've worked in-house or agency-side in Employer Branding, understanding how employer brand connects with Talent Acquisition to turn passive scrollers into passionate candidates.

· You know your way around Canva (or similar graphic design tools) and CapCut (or video editing in general) to create fun posts, Reels, and TikToks.

· You know how to collaborate with HR, local businesses, and communications to get everyone excited and aligned with our content strategy.

· You have experience launching or being part of creative campaigns.

· You are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages to effectively connect with local and global stakeholders.

What your day to day will look like:

As our Employer Brand Specialist, you will be the creative pulse for Mars careers across Mexico and LATAM South (Argentina, Chile, and Colombia).

Here, you will:

• Own the Feed: Craft, curate, and deliver our Employer Brand content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and our Careers Site, making sure our digital presence is engaging and trendy but also on-brand.
• Tell Stories with Data: You will track social analytics and turn numbers into compelling narratives for our Quarterly Business Reviews with key leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Drive Creative Partnerships: Partner with external creative agencies to co-design and edit high-impact content, ensuring our vision is executed well and follows the Mars tone of voice.
• Champion the Associate Voice: Run our advocacy program, sharing highlights about Mars and interesting content with our Mars Influencers so they can easily spread the word about our business achievements and career opportunities.
• Open Conversation with Candidates: Lead our CRM email marketing strategy. From everyday candidate nurturing to high-energy Early Talent activations and sourcing campaigns, you’ll build engaging newsletters for internal and external audiences highlighting what makes Mars a great place to work.
• Global EB Community: Represent Mexico and LATAM South within the global Mars Employer Brand community, sharing our regional wins and scaling best practices.
• Educate & Elevate: Be the internal champion for our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), educating and training internal stakeholders on how to advocate for Mars online.
