Job Description

As a specialist of prevention and quality you will implement policies for security, prevention, protection and quality on site in line with the applicable national legislation, customer requirements, ISO/TAPA standard as well as other service requirements related to certification of the on-site activities. After implementation, audits are expected, alongside the search for corrective actions in dialogue with the employer if needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning, documenting, following up and monitoring the implementation of safety/quality processes and procedures.

• Monitoring safety and quality by auditing processes and regular workplace visits.

• Performing Risk analysis, understanding the risk profile of the various activities in the area.

• Creating and maintaining systems of prevention and recovery to deal with potential threats to the company through a business continuity plan.

• Providing high level recommendations to reduce identified risks, enabling the decision making of the leadership management.

• Analyzing, in coordination with the line managers, accidents, near miss incident investigations and accidents with injuries that were reported by HR to the insurance.

• Advising on workplaces, materials, instructions in coordination with the line managers.

• Processing and monitoring the effects of corrective and preventive actions.

• Driving the sharing of safety and quality related information throughout the organization.

• Cooperating in emergency procedures/First aid.

• Managing the internal service for prevention and protection.

• Contributing to the year and overall prevention plan.

• Ensuring clear process steps are in place.

• Reviewing/implementing performance follow up processes.

• Evaluating processes for compliance with quality requirements.

• Developing, performs and analyses audits.

• Participating in external quality audits.

• Identifying processes, aligning processes and creating new processes after identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Monitoring the dangerous goods licenses and trainings for staff on-site. Providing them with advice when needed.

• Assisting with implementing TSR/truck security for all relevant customers in the site.

• Monitoring the TSR program.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Several year’s experience as a certified prevention advisor in contract logistics

• Experience in a multinational organization, working with various cultures across the globe is a definite plus

• Experience with IT systems is a definite plus

• Quality lead auditor with knowledge of ISO/TAPA and other international standards

• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

• Ability to work with stakeholders across all levels of the organization

• Ability to develop strong relationships with team leaders helping them to identify and mitigate their risks.

• Understanding the overall nature of the business and the interdependencies between the own function and the other functions

• Good communication skills in German and fluency in English.

• Als Spezialist für Prävention und Qualität implementieren Sie Richtlinien für Sicherheit, Prävention, Schutz und Qualität am Standort im Einklang mit der geltenden nationalen Gesetzgebung, Kundenanforderungen sowie ISO-/TAPA-Standards und weiteren zertifizierungsrelevanten Anforderungen.

  Nach der Implementierung führen Sie Audits durch und identifizieren bei Bedarf in Abstimmung mit dem Management geeignete Korrekturmaßnahmen.

  Hauptaufgaben

  • Planung, Dokumentation, Nachverfolgung und Überwachung der Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsprozessen
  • Überwachung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards durch Audits und regelmäßige Begehungen
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen sowie Bewertung des Risikoprofils verschiedener Aktivitäten
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Präventions- und Wiederherstellungssystemen (Business-Continuity-Planung) zur Minimierung potenzieller Risiken
  • Ausarbeitung fundierter Empfehlungen zur Risikominimierung zur Unterstützung von Managemententscheidungen
  • Analyse von Arbeitsunfällen, Beinahe-Unfällen und meldepflichtigen Vorfällen in Abstimmung mit den Führungskräften und HR
  • Beratung zu Arbeitsplätzen, Materialien und Arbeitsanweisungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Vorgesetzten
  • Nachverfolgung und Bewertung von Korrektur- und Präventionsmaßnahmen
  • Förderung des organisationweiten Austauschs zu Sicherheits- und Qualitätsaspekten
  • Mitwirkung bei Notfallmaßnahmen und Erste-Hilfe-Prozessen
  • Leitung bzw. Koordination interner Präventions- und Schutzdienste
  • Mitarbeit an Jahresplänen und übergreifenden Präventionsstrategien
  • Sicherstellung klar definierter Prozessschritte sowie Implementierung von Performance-Tracking-Prozessen
  • Bewertung von Prozessen hinsichtlich der Einhaltung von Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung interner Audits
  • Teilnahme an externen Qualitätsaudits
  • Identifikation, Harmonisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Zuge von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Überwachung von Gefahrgutlizenzen sowie Schulungen für Mitarbeitende und entsprechende Beratung
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von TSR-/Truck-Security-Anforderungen für relevante Kunden
  • Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung des TSR-Programms

  Erforderliche Erfahrung & Fähigkeiten

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als zertifizierter Präventionsbeauftragter, idealerweise in der Kontraktlogistik
  • Erfahrung in einem internationalen/multinationalen Umfeld mit interkultureller Zusammenarbeit von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit IT-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Qualifikation als Quality Lead Auditor mit Kenntnissen in ISO-, TAPA- und weiteren internationalen Standards
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen der Organisation
  • Kompetenz im Aufbau vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Teamleitern zur Identifikation und Minimierung von Risiken
  • Verständnis für Gesamtzusammenhänge im Unternehmen sowie Schnittstellen zwischen verschiedenen Funktionen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse
