Groups (ECGs) bring people together, creating a supportive and inclusive
workplace where everyone can thrive. Led by colleagues, they offer community,
networking, and a voice to shape our culture. Whether you want to connect, grow,
or drive change, our ECGs are here to support and empower you.

What is an Employee Connection Group?

An ECG is an employee-led
group that helps challenge us to think differently, act differently and open
opportunities for learning across our business. ECGs enable our people to find
their own community within BAE Systems. Friendly and supportive, our ECGs are
there to support anyone, but particularly those who belong to under-represented
groups and who may be facing additional struggles.

Women in STEM

BAE Systems is committed to increasing representation of women across engineering, technology and STEM roles. Through initiatives focused on inspiring and supporting women and girls into STEM careers, the organisation is helping to build a more inclusive future for the industry.

This includes outreach programmes designed to encourage the next generation of female engineers, as well as ongoing support for women throughout their careers. From early careers pathways to leadership development, BAE Systems is focused on creating opportunities for women to enter, grow and progress within STEM.
