Why this job matters
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager (12+ years) to lead the discovery and scoping phase for a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation. The role requires strong expertise in Procurement & Supply Chain processes and integration with legacy systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure a seamless transition.
What you’ll be doing
• Lead a squad of technical and functional experts for S/4HANA discovery and scoping.
• Own and drive all squad deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Module Leads to address technical dependencies.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve issues and accelerate progress.
• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Provide regular status updates to program management and business stakeholders.
Skills Required
• 12+ years of experience in SAP delivery management, including large-scale ECC to S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Proven track record as Technical Delivery Manager in SAP programs.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, integration with legacy systems, and implementation best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Procurement & Supply Chain processes in SAP.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
