How You’ll Make an Impact: Shaping Our EMEA Success
This is a role for a Senior Talent Acquisition professional who is done with transactional recruiting and ready to operate as a genuine strategic partner. As Senior TA Partner for GTM EMEA, you will be at the centre of Boomi's growth story — owning full-lifecycle recruitment for our most critical commercial functions and shaping the talent strategy that will define our next chapter.
You will build deep, trusted partnerships with EMEA leadership across Commercial and Enterprise Sales, Presales, Channel & Alliances, Sales Development, Marketing, Strategy, and Engineering. Your mission is to understand our business from the inside out, anticipate talent needs before they become urgent, and consistently attract the difference-makers who will drive Boomi's success.
What You'll Do
Pipelining & Sourcing Identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent through advanced sourcing channels and professional networks. Build and nurture a robust, qualified pipeline that keeps pace with ambitious EMEA hiring targets — proactively, not reactively.
Strategic Campaign Execution Design and deliver sophisticated, data-driven recruitment strategies. Craft compelling job content that speaks to the calibre of candidate you are targeting. Use our tech stack — Greenhouse, Workday, BrightHire, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter & Hiring Assistant, Talent Neuron, Ashby, Google Suite, and Claude — to continuously refine and optimise your approach.
Executive Consulting & Partnership Be a trusted advisor to EMEA leadership on talent market intelligence, hiring best practice, and workforce planning. Lead forward-thinking conversations with hiring managers, provide clear pipeline visibility, and champion an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.
End-to-End Ownership Own the full recruitment lifecycle for critical vacancies — from deep-dive screening and cultural assessment, through offer negotiation and close. Partner with department leaders on organisational design and run inclusive, targeted sourcing campaigns that reflect our commitment to diverse hiring.
Interview Excellence Equip interviewers with the context, structure, and tools they need to assess effectively. Standardise interview formats, manage all logistics, and compile comprehensive feedback that supports swift, confident hiring decisions.
Offer Negotiation & Closing Negotiate competitive offers with skill and confidence, aligning compensation with market benchmarks and internal policy. Close world-class candidates by articulating Boomi's value proposition compellingly — and secure leadership approvals efficiently.
Data, Reporting & Compliance Maintain rigorous data hygiene across Greenhouse and connected platforms. Deliver regular reporting on key metrics — Time to Fill, Time to Hire, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and diversity — and translate data into clear, actionable narratives for senior stakeholders. Ensure all recruitment activity across EMEA markets adheres to applicable employment law, GDPR, and internal HR policy, with audit-ready records maintained throughout.
The Experience You Bring
- In-house TA background: Significant experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition professional within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment is strongly preferred. You understand the difference between agency and embedded partnership — and you thrive in the latter.
- GTM Recruiting Expertise: A proven track record of building and scaling top-tier Go-to-Market teams, with particular depth in Enterprise Sales recruitment across the EMEA region.
- EMEA Labour Law Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of employment legislation and hiring compliance across key EMEA markets, including the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, and the Nordics. Familiarity with GDPR candidate data handling, works council requirements, and multi-country compliance within a single hiring workflow is a distinct advantage.
- Data & Systems Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity within an ATS environment (Greenhouse preferred), produce meaningful recruitment analytics, and present clear insights to senior stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
