Boomi is a workplace that gives you the opportunity to get out what you put in. Hard work is recognized, performance is held accountable, and the culture is there for you to engage in if you want to.

I love the work environment and people centric culture at Boomi. Everyone in the team is given importance and recognized. There are lot of opportunities and enablers provided by company to learn and explore. Overall the best organization I have ever worked for.

The flexibility of WFH with the added ability to utilized flexible office spaces like WeWork and Upflex is a tremendous benefit that is one of the key deciding factors of my overall job evaluation. A similar role at at a similar company that had a less flexible culture would have to have much larger increases in other benefits (comp, perks, incentives, etc) to make up for the value of Boomi's "work from anywhere" flexibility.

Boomi has always had a great culture and has always treated me very well. The company has adjusted as the times required too, so it is always in line with what Boomi is today, which that has changed over time. Open, Inclusive and Flexible are things that Boomi just does naturally, and probably I take them for granted at this point, as it has just become part of my relationship with Boomi.

Boomi's culture is beautiful, and that's not an easy task to achieve. Every level in the company works towards the same goal and it's completely visible to each member of the company. Every employee is aware of all the company wins and are rewarded/acknowledged for their efforts on an immediate basis. I am absolutely in love with the company and the people!

Every company preaches about how they are 'family friendly' and 'flexible', but at most employers it is simply a recruiting tactic... At Boomi, I truly feel the flexibility and encouragement of work/life balance comes from the top down and is practiced at every level of management. I feel it build a lot of trust in how individuals use their time... PTO policy here is truly unlimited and time-off is encouraged.

One of the things I enjoy most about Boomi is being part of a company that leads the way in emerging B2B technologies. My role allows me to speak with clients from different industries and help them modernize their processes and operate more efficiently. My managers have been supportive with career development and skill building, and I really appreciate the flexible work culture and openness to new ideas.

I wanted to share how much I appreciate working at Boomi. I genuinely believe it is one of the best places to work because of the great people, caring leadership and flexible workfrom--home policy. Additionally, the constant learning environment and opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies are highly valuable.

The best part about working here is the flexibility and trust, you can manage your work independently, and still feel supported. The culture is collaborative and there's a real sense of ownership. If anything could improve, it would be clearer alignment across teams when priorities shift. Overall, it's a great place to grow and feel valued.

Boomi leadership takes a 'human first' approach, and I have only good things to say about how I have felt supported professionally and personally, especially as a father of 3 very active children.

What I love most about working here is the people and culture. Everyone is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely rooting for each other. I appreciate the flexibility and benefits that make it easy to take care of life outside of work. Boomi is a place where you can do great work, be yourself, and feel supported along the way.

I think generally you are paid well and respected at Boomi, and given the freedom to go to office or work from home. Boomi offers benefits like Thrive to help pay for sports or exercise equipment, gym memberships, etc.; solid healthcare options for a variety of needs - single, married, married with 12 kids (just me, LOL), etc. Management is understanding, supportive, and motivational - very helpful and inspiring. The product is great (otherwise I wouldn't be working here) and they are laser-focused on improvements and innovations in the product. They're VERY inclusive and discrimination of any kind is not tolerated - it's a very welcoming environment (I have a couple trans kids and everyone is cool with that).

Effort is rewarded and I'm ALWAYS seeing people promoted from within (that's the preferred in many groups). Software companies are VERY different because EVERYONE is seen as an asset (rather than a cost-center), so we all work together and celebrate everyone's victories. It still feels like a startup, even though it's a larger company - so people cooperate marvelously, there's little/no infighting, there are no witch hunts or blame games (like I've experienced in a lot of corporate settings) - everyone is focused on getting the job done and helping the company (which is ALL of us). I can suggest product improvements and they often get added to the backlog (and sometimes to the schedule) - so everyone has a voice.

Work/life balance is good here and remote work is the norm, rather than the exception. Employee surveys are conducted often and the results are taken seriously - management really seems to care that we're happy, engaged, and feel good about what we're doing. I'm very happy here and like the work I'm doing it feels like I make a difference every single day.
