Human Resources Early Careers Placement (12.5 months)

• Lead and support STEM activities and events;
  
• Create and develop training documents;
  
• Support programme development and continuous improvement initiatives;
  
• Attend meetings, create action logs, and take minutes;
  
• Support STEM strategy development and corporate alignment;
  
• Support partnership development;
  
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes;
  
• Help to lead Early Careers projects.

Requirements:

Our placements are open to Undergraduates only . Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, a Social Science field, or equivalent;
  
• Work well within a team;
  
• The ability to listen, understand and communicate information;
  
• An interest in finding creative solutions to complex problems;
  
• The ability to organise and manage multiple tasks within strict time constraints;
  
• Enthusiastic and proactive and take a hands-on approach to tasks;
  
• Ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders;
  
• Customer Service experience (both verbal and written);
  
• Nice to have experience in Project Management.
  

SECURITY CLEARANCE: You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role.
