AIRBUS offer more than 60 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - # DISCOVER II 2025/2026 - Starting date October 1st 2025.
We are looking for recent graduates (#Graduates_Spain) from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description:
AIRBUS Technologies Development & Partnerships is looking for a self motivated and executive Contributor to the future aerospace in the commitment to lead the decarbonization of aviation.
This work will bring the applicant a view of the current challenges in the Engineering organization, dealing with collaborative projects with Public Funding.
After this professional journey the applicant will get experience in:
- Project Management
- Finance
- Consortia Governance
- Stakeholder Management, including international and external companies.
The successful applicant will support the Technology Managers by:
- Ensuring partnership governance, including tracking and following up on planning, risks and opportunities (R&O), deliverables, and financial control across projects.
- Improving and implementing project management and development processes throughout the R&T community.
- Scouting new technological trends and potential partners in disruptive technologies such as Zero Emissions, Advanced Manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence, and Simulation.
- Staying up-to-date on new trends and techniques applicable to the project management role.
This is a challenging role that covers a wide and interesting portfolio of new and incremental developments.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Organization), Physics or Maths.
- English: negotiation level.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- General knowledge in finance.
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
- High Level of motivation.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
