AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026 2027 - Starting date 5 th October 2026 until 1 st October 2027.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026 and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes) It is a full time experience 40 h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description - Process Optimization & Innovation (MRO/Aircraft Maintenance):

Tasks to be carried out by the student:

• Support the development and standardization of operational procedures, templates, and departmental handbooks.
• Assist in audit preparation and compliance follow-up.
• Contribute to the implementation of innovation and digital transformation projects.
• Help track KPIs and prepare operational performance reports.
Knowledge to be acquired by the student
• MRO operations and aircraft maintenance workflows.
• Process improvement methodologies and audit compliance in an aviation environment.
• Digital transformation tools applied to aerospace operations.
Projects and areas where the internship will be carried out
The intern will be integrated into the Process Optimization & Innovation team, contributing to drone inspection, digital maintenance tools, and aircraft maintenance projects.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Degree in any technical engineering.

• English level B2 or above.

• General knowledge in aviation/MRO operations, process management, or project coordination.

• Skills valued:

• Ability to work in complex and international environments.
