AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:
The student would join the industrial management department inside the Airbus Derivatives area. This position offers a great overview of a whole conversion process of an MRTT (Multi Role Tanker Transport) aircraft: from the creation of the offer to the final delivery of the product to the customer. The main role of the team is to ensure that the assembly line is prepared to cape with all the program requirements, and it is accountable of the conversion of the aircraft on cost, on quality and on time.

Within the specific task to be carried by the student, he/she should:
- Prepare and track the plan of the manufacturing process.
- Follow up the main KPIs (key performance indicators), proposing improvements to effectively control of conversion of the aircraft.
- Analyze relevant data to help in the decision-making process.
- Help in the Risk and Opportunity assessment.
- Take part in the industrial team meetings, helping with reporting tasks and routines organization.
- Participate in on going projects, such as the enhance of the offer definition process or the creation of a control dashboard.

To perform the listed tasks, the main tools what are used are those specific of planning (such as Microsoft project), general office tools (Microsoft Office), data visualization dashboards and an ERP System (SAP).

After the internship, the student would have acquired a deep and complete view of what a manufacturing process is, understanding the main tools, processes and data that are needed to effectively work as an industrial manager.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Degree in engineering, mathematics, physics or any other study related to industrial organization or data management.
- Level B2 English.
- General knowledge in planning tools (such as Microsoft Project or Planisware).
- Good command in office tools (Microsoft Office), specifically Excel.
- Familiarity to data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Spotfire...)
- In order to support the continuous improvement certain knowledge of IA would be also greatly appreciated.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
- Interested in continuous improvement and process optimization.
