Job Description

Job Description:

Airbus UpNext is looking for a Human Resources Advisor, a high-speed blend of HR Operations, Recruitment Strategy, and Data Analytics , offering a 360-degree view of the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced "startup" incubator.

At Airbus UpNext, we don’t just follow the roadmap, we build it! Our objective is to explore new technologies and to support the strategic ambitions of Airbus. As part of the HR team, you’ll help to shape the ecosystem that enables our teams to grow, adapt, and thrive in a fast-changing environment.

You’ll be working in a multicultural company, with employees based in France, Spain, and Germany, while being fully embedded in the Toulouse-based HR and Transversal teams. Your day-to-day will mix operational support and learning opportunities, and you’ll be part of a small and agile HR team involved in a wide range of topics.

This is a 1-year limited contract (CDD), the position is based in Toulouse (Saint-Martin du Touch), starting ASAP.

Your Flight Plan (Key Responsibilities)

1. HR Operations & Digital Excellence

  • Master the Stack: Launching the appropriate workflows in the HR tools ( Workday, SAP, myPULSE ), and ensuring data integrity.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Manage the administrative activities-from onboarding new joiners to managing contract milestones, transitions and offboarding. Support the HR team with ad hoc operational tasks (finance requests, administration checks, reporting, etc.)
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our HR processes and propose "Simpler/Faster" solutions in line with our #BeSimple value.

2. Talent Acquisition & Employment Marketing

  • Recruitment & Offboarding Support: Own the candidate experience by preparing documentation, managing interview logistics, and supporting the recruitment expert in identifying top-tier talent.
  • Event organisation : Coordinate the organisation of HR events supporting the HR priorities.

3. Transversal Projects

  • Strategic Support: Contribute to key projects (digital, offboarding...) in line with 2026 priorities.

Your Boarding Pass (Requirements)

  • Master 1 or 2 in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Digital Native: You are "digitally fluent" with G-Suite/Google Workspace and have a genuine curiosity for HR data analytics
  • Professional fluency in English is non-negotiable (it is our daily working language). Proficiency in French is a plus.
  • The "UpNext" Mindset:
    • Audacious & Humble: You are impatient to achieve results but empathetic in your approach.
    • Autonomous: You take ownership of your tasks and can be trusted to run with a project.
    • Detail-Obsessed: You understand that great strategy is built on clean, accurate data.

What’s in it for You?

  • A Global Launchpad: Work in a truly international environment with daily collaboration across Europe.
  • A Real Learning Curve: We don’t just assign tasks; we provide the strategic context behind them. You will be mentored by experienced HR professionals and involved in high-level business discussions.
  • Hybrid & Modern: A flexible work policy with a focus on results rather than "clock-in" times, based in a modern, collaborative office space.
  • Innovation at Scale: Get a front-row seat to radical technological breakthroughs in aerospace.
