I love everything about Whereby. The manager is great. The team is awesome. It's like a dream company for me and I love every aspect of it.

Whereby is incredibly flexible. We strive to be remote first and ensure that individuals can work according to a schedule that best suits their needs and fits into their lives.

Whereby truly lives and breathes flexible working. I never feel like I need to ask permission to do anything (such as go to a class or appointment, or just take a longer lunch). The non-parental, trusting culture is empowering, as long as we're meeting expectations it's totally fine to fit your work in around your life.

I love how understanding the team is, always there to support you. I am also a big fan of unlimited holidays!

The team is full of understanding towards your needs and flexible working hours and WFH has changed my life for the better so much.

Built in Norway by privacy-friendly Europeans, Whereby is the easiest way to meet over video. There’s no app or software download required. Just choose your own personalized URL and meet using your internet browser – on mobile or desktop – with only one click.

Flexible working at Whereby

Whereby will give you the flexible working options you need for you to do your best work. Flexible working is something that Whereby values and prioritises, if it's being able to care for your children during the day and working in the evenings, or going out for a midday run, or personal appointments that can only be done during the day, that is no problem. The team is compassionate, kind and understanding. Aside from that, the team ensures that everyone has the tools and equipment at home to do their best work. As for holiday, there is also the option to take personal well-being days to take care of your own health. The team champions a good work-life balance and encourages employees to find theirs too.
