We need to ask employees of Unplugged how satisfied they are with flexible working before we verify the company FlexScore® and compile employee satisfaction ratings

The FlexScore® is the result of a rigorous 2-step verification of a company’s flexibility

First we assess the flexibility options Unplugged provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure Unplugged is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.

About us

80% of you check your phones within 15 minutes of waking up. | 59% of you run through your emails on the weekends and whilst on holiday.

We call this the "busy problem" and at Unplugged, we're on a mission to help busy city workers unplug from their devices so that they can recharge. We provide beautiful cabins, just an hour from city life, for you to fully switch off and choose amazing wellness experiences to enjoy during your stay.

Flexible working at Unplugged

At Unplugged, we know that it's important for our employees to be a flexible place to work. Here, we have full trust in people to work when and where they want. And if you'd like to meet in person, we have some dog friendly hot-desking at a co-working space in London, where we try to meet up for lunch once a week. We're a warm, open environment, where everyone can be themselves and thrive.

What do we think of Unplugged?

I'm personally a massive fan of both the Unplugged business and the experience itself (I've been, it's great)! There's something massively liberating about taking time out away from screens for a while.

From a business perspective, the company has recently taken on equity funding to expand its portfolio of remote cabins. Fun fact: one of the cabins is named after our very own Chief Morale Officer here at Flexa, "Gruff".
