Flexible working approach
🤸♀️ We are proud of our flexibility - if you choose to work at Unleashed, you'll also be able to design a way of working that works for you.
🤸♀️ That includes working where you want (within 3 hours +/- UK time - we currently have team members across the UK and further afield in Amsterdam + Dubai!); when you want (providing it works for you + your clients) AND how you want - a key part of onboarding at Unleashed is writing + sharing your ReadMe, which is all about how you work best.

🤸♀️ All Unleashed-ers have access to a home office set up budget of £1k + whenever you fancy a change of scene, you can book a co-working space via Tally Market. Every 6 weeks, those who can come together, usually in London, to connect + collaborate in a co-working space (and then over drinks!)
Scoring against our flexibility index (1 = not at all flexible, 100 = couldn’t be more flexible, 51 is average) using a number of parameters to assess flexibility such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, benefits, etc.
Scoring against our employee perception index (1 = not seen as flexible, 100 = couldn’t be happier with the flexibility, 51 is average) using a number of more emotional / perception based questions to understand whether employees feel supported and offered what they want. The areas we cover are work-life balance / managerial support / flexible benefits / working environment / and many others.
