We are pioneers in the subscription-based, “embedded” recruitment model, offering a real alternative to traditional recruitment. Not only do we successfully deliver on ambitious hiring plans but we also provide our advisory expertise to transform our partners’ talent function.

We offer experienced recruiters (we call them “Talent Acquisition Managers”) the opportunity to work in a truly consultative partnership with both Troi & our clients, within our offices situated in both London and New York.

Flexible working approach

Our office is based close to Smithfield Market (Farringdon) in central London. It's very much open 5-days p. week but it's up to you how often you come in. Typically as a business, we use Wednesdays as our 'office days' where those in London (and surrounding areas) can get together.

Our team is based throughout the UK and we're considering co-working space in areas where we have 'clusters' of people - e.g. West Midlands, Bristol/Cardiff and Northern Ireland. This is very much up to them if they want to pursue that.

We believe in our team being able to choose where they work. As much as we love getting together when we can (and we arrange events to do this, whether social or workshops etc.), we very much trust our team to make the choice that's right for them.
