TPP Recruitment is a specialist, highly respected and well-established UK-wide consultancy. Established as The Principle Partnership, our foundation of ethics and principles are still what make us TPP. Our aim is that when you use TPP, our principles shine through in the service you receive.
TPP has connected organisations and candidates across the UK since 1996, from our head office in London.
We develop trusted, long-term relationships, supporting people with their careers and helping organisations achieve their purpose. A specialist recruitment partner for the non-profit and public sector, regarded as recruiters who do the right thing and exceed expectations. We also proudly provide a wide range of free value-added services, that educate and inform.
Flexible working approach
TPP’s approach to flexible working has evolved over many years and we are very proud to offer genuine flexibility to professionals within the recruitment industry, which we know is hard to find! We offer a blend of home and office working as well as flexible hours because we recognise that people have interests, responsibilities and commitments unrelated to their professional lives. We are open to considering different working patterns and allow for late starts, early finishes and longer lunch breaks. Our flexible working centres around trust, so all we ask for in return is honesty, transparency, clear communication around availability and work schedules. Business continuity is very important to us, so we have built additional support into our structure to ensure our flexible environment does not compromise the quality of service our candidates and clients rely on.
Scoring against our flexibility index (1 = not at all flexible, 100 = couldn’t be more flexible, 51 is average) using a number of parameters to assess flexibility such as working from home, hours, frequency of travel, benefits, etc.
Employee benchmarking score
Scoring against our employee perception index (1 = not seen as flexible, 100 = couldn’t be happier with the flexibility, 51 is average) using a number of more emotional / perception based questions to understand whether employees feel supported and offered what they want. The areas we cover are work-life balance / managerial support / flexible benefits / working environment / and many others.
"Absolutely love the supportive and open working environment at TPP. I work part-time because I'm also studying a course and they have been very accommodating of this. I've been given everything I need to both do my job well and manage my course progress."
Anonymous TPP Employee
What do we think of TPP Recruitment?
It's been a fantastic accreditation process for TPP; having started well with an 80% employer benchmark. Yet the real stand out piece of information is that they scored even higher from their anonymous employee benchmark, which is not usually what we see. This tells me that their employees are even more satisfied with their working environment than their employer realises! This is confirmed more so by the personally written feedback we received as well which were overwhelmingly positive.
