About us

We empower a diverse range of event creators by making it easy and affordable to sell tickets. Our flexible and fair pricing helps event budgets go further. First-class customer care means support is always on hand. And we pride ourselves in building a simple platform with a customer-first mindset.

Users can choose between pay-as-you-go, or buying credits upfront to save. And if an event is free, so are we. Events are totally customisable and all features come as standard. Think seating charts, integration with popular tools, and a free check-in app, for starters.

We're a certified B Corp, carbon neutral and donate to climate causes. So every ticket sold with Ticket Tailor has a positive impact on people and the planet.

Flexible working at Ticket Tailor

We operate with trust at our core as a team. We offer a hybrid and flexible way of working both in terms of locations and hours we work.


We have a hybrid work set-up at Ticket Tailor. Our London office is open 5 days a week, but everyone has the choice to work from home up to 3 days! Monday is our fixed office day as a whole company, and teams arrange their second office day based on what works best for them to spend time together.

Core hours

We operate with a core hours policy, giving flexibility to early risers or later starters, as well as those with childcare needs or errands to run. We don't clock watch and trust our team to get their work done. We respect one another by being transparent about our schedules on Slack.

Ticket Tailor is a small but mighty team! We're super proud of what we have built together so far on our journey, both in terms of having a product that our customers love, but also in terms of the company itself and our mission to use business as a force for good (Ticket Tailor is a certified B Corp!). We're fully self-funded and profitable, which is an amazing position to be in.

Our working culture is focussed but relaxed. A lot of us are parents so we understand and accommodate the flexibility that requires.
