About us

Our award-winning services offer the opportunity for clients to be free of inheritance tax while retaining control of their assets throughout their lifetime.

Wealth preservation is at the forefront of our investment philosophy and our services provide diversification and choice for clients.

Stellar was formed in 2007 with the aim of providing advisers with the tools to help their clients mitigate inheritance tax. Today, we remain an independent firm, which is wholly owned by its directors and staff – more committed to supporting advisers than ever before.

Flexible working approach

Stellar truly cares about being a flexible place to work and we are always looking for ways to evolve.

In June 2022, we were one of 70 UK companies that took part in the 4 Day Week Global pilot. This project involved a transition to all employees working a four-day week over a six-month period. The trial was based on the 100:80:100 model – 100% of pay for 80% of the time, in exchange for a commitment to maintain 100% productivity.

In addition to a four-day working week, we are a remote-first company that also offers access to co-working spaces across the UK.

To sum-up, our focus is on supporting our teams’ needs, whether that is through existing policies or introducing new measures that give our team the flexibility they need to be successful.
