Flexible working approach
Sift are passionate about inclusivity; offering flexible working options means we are able to connect with talented people irrespective of their location or personal commitments. Some of our staff work remotely, visiting the office when the need arises, and our Bristol based people are asked to attend the office one day per week which enables collaborative working as well as keeping our company culture alive. We encourage autonomy and trust our people to manage their own workloads.
